Chapter 1 – Introduction
Chapter 1
will
explain
about the outline
and the overview of
the thesis,
which
also
covering the background, scope, aimed benefits, and general structures of the thesis.

Chapter 2 – Theoretical Foundation
This
chapter
will
explain
about
any
theoretical
foundation of
the
thesis
and
the
frameworks which will be used as a solution to the problem

Chapter 3 – Problem Analysis in Current Restaurant Business
This
chapter will
explain about
the
current business
problem
about
the
Iniko
Toys
Café especially about the sales of the action
figures
in activity diagram, surveys such
as
interview, observations and questionnaires, and the possible solutions regarding
to
the problems.

Chapter 4 – Solution and Improvement Design
This chapter will explain about the possible solutions,
implementation strategy of
the
solutions and the design of the improvement. The design will be
in the form of ERD,
Data Flow Diagram, Flowchart, Use Case and 7C’s framework of the website.
