website.

that are posted by
the employers. Jobseekers can also put their resume so that
the employers can

it online
to
evaluate the best candidate
for their
job
vacanc ies.
Furthermore, employer can
immediately place job
vacancies anytime and
they will
reach
the
candidates
soon
after
they
post
them.
Employers can
see
who
have
applied
for
their
particular
job
vacancies
along
with
candidates’
complete
resume.
Thus,
the
time
and
effort
required
to
find
a
suitable
employee
is
reduced
in
CareersOp.com
rather
than
to
make an advertisement in
newspaper or
magazine.
CareersOp.com will provide mobile application that can be downloaded through the
website and
installed on
user’s
mobile phone.
The
features of the
mobile application are
to
search
or to
view
the
available
job
vacanc
ies
for
jobseekers
and
apply
if
they
are
interested, and to search or to view the list of candidates who apply the job posted by the
employers.
The
constraint
of
developing
mobile
application
is
that
mobile
phones
have
much
smaller
screen
compare
to
computer
monitor.
A
mobile
phone
also
has
a
limited
input
device. It only has a set of keypad as an input device. It means that the user interface in
a
mobile
application
is
more
limited
than PC or
notebook. With
this
constraint,
we aim
to
develop a
mobile application with a
friendly
user
interface, so that people can adapt and
seamlessly use the application.
