users
able
to
log
in
to
cyber
world
all
the
time,
it’s
afraid
that
online
threat might as well strike as internet users through PC. Apparently, the mobile
internet
threat
is
not
as
severe
as
PC
internet
users.
Since
the
mobile
internet
users
use
internet
facility
only
for
browsing
during
spare
time
and
most
likely
will
not
perform
risky
behaviors
such
as
fulfilling
insecure
form
because
most
internet  users  will  prefer  personal  computer  to  conduct  such  activities.  The
reason is through personal computer, internet users
has
many benefits such as the
size
of
the
screen
is
more
convenient
and
its
ability
to
conduct
multitasking.
Thus,  mobile  internet  is  not  as  threatening  as  online 
users  conduct  online
activities through personal computer due to its limitation.

Problem Statement
As
illustrated
above,
the
proliferation
of
internet
phenomenon
in the
real
life
basically
have a
negative and positive
impact to
internet
users.
This current research
will
focus
more
on
negative
risks.
The
negative
risks
start
from
how
users
are
exposed to threats which is divided into two big groups which are perceived online
threats and perceived likelihood of online threats. These two big groups are expected
or predicted to have influence on consumer
behaviors which also divided into two
aspects
which
are
adaptive
and
maladaptive behaviors and risky and protective
behaviors.
There’s also another concept of self-efficacy exists that plays role
in how the threats
can
influence
behavior.
Certain
demographic
factors
such
as
gender,
age,
income,
