An  address  of  the 
type  [64-bit
prefix]:0:5EFE:w.x.y.z,
where
w.x.y.z
is
a
public
or
private IPv4 address,
is
used to represent a
node
for
the address assignment mechanism
known as Intra-Site Automatic Tunnel
Addressing Protocol (ISATAP).
2.4.3.2.2          Multicast
IPv6 multicast addresses have the FP of 1111 1111. Therefore, an IPv6 multicast address
always
begins
with
FF.
Multicast
addresses
cannot
be
used
as
source
addresses or as
intermediate
destinations
in
a
Routing
header.
