1. 2 Background
The
increase
of
oil and
gas
price
triggers
EMPKL
to
respond
the
current
situation
with
more
aggressive
activities
to
explore
and
exploit
its
block
area
for
future reservation of Oil and Gas reservoir. Supporting tools are expected to align this
aggressive
movement to
leverage EMPKL’s business
to profit the stakeholders.
Tools
for supporting strategic business process with better performance, speed and accuracy
are
mandatory. Supporting strategic business process tools shall be automated,
controllable, manageable and auditable business process in the executive perspective.
