business
application

Oracle
Internet
Application
Service
(IAS),
Enterprise
Resource
Planning
(ERP)
Application
modular
entities
for
Human
Resource
Information
System
(HRIS),
Material
Management
and
Inventory
System
(MMIS),
Financial
and
Accounting
System
(FAS) and
user
Web
Portal
are
the
fundamental IT infrastructure to be optimized as supporting tools to deliver integrated
business
process
to
meet
company’s
needs
for
automated,
controllable
and
auditable
application.
Automated,
business
process
shall
provide
linked process from one
application to other application related to Company’s business process. Currently
training data record
is
filled
in by
human resource
training specialist
in
the day after
the employee
finished the
training. Favorable
business
process
is
whenever
employee
proposes to the training he/she can directly browse the training schedule in the HRIS
through
user
Web
Portal.
Manager
or
higher
level
approval
will
be
done
through
e-
workflow mechanism mediated by middleware.
All
ERP
applications
shall
give
the
flow
chart
transparently.
Any
backlog
flow can be figured out easily for
further control. Existing report can be
generated
for
each
ERP application
by
providing
the
user
database
for
audit
purpose.
Middleware
is
expected
to
provide
report
in
more
graphical
user
interface
(GUI)
feature
in
the
system.
