Definisi Efektivitas
Menurut
Loebbecke
(2000,
p807),
effectiveness
is
the
degree
to
which
the
organization’s
objectives
are
accomplished –
keefektifan
merupakan suatu tingkat dimana tujuan dari organisasi telah tercapai.
Efektivitas menurut
O’Brien
(2003,
p31),
success
should
be
also
measure by the effectiveness of information technology in supporting an
organization’s
business
strategies,
enabling its business processes,
enhancing
its
organizational
structures and culture, and increasing the
customer and business value of the enterprise –
Kesuksesan seharusnya
juga
diukur
oleh
keefektifan
teknologi
informasi
yang
mendukung
strategi
bisnis
suatu
perusahaan dalam
menciptakan proses
bisnis,
meningkatkan struktur serta budaya organisasi, dan
meningkatkan jumlah
pelanggan serta nilai bisnis dari perusahaan tersebut.
Berdasarkan Stair
dan
Reynolds
(2006,
p11),
effectiveness
is
a
measure of the extent to which a system achieves its goals. It can be
computed
by
dividing
the
goals
actually
achieved
by
the
total
of
the
