3.   Multi-Table Entry Forms

is
used
to
add
data
more
than
one
table”,

2.1.6.2  Elemen Penting Form
Menurut  Jones  dan  Rama  (2006,  p269-270),  ada  lima  elemen  penting
form,
yaitu:
a.   Attributes Recorded in Tables
“Attributes Recorded in Table are indicated in the documentation.”
b.   Attributes Displayed from Table.
“Additional
attributes
may
be
displayed
from other
tables
to
help
the
order entry clerk. This attributes are obtained by reading from tables. In
other words, the use is not recording new data for these attribute.”
c.   Calculated Fields
“Forms may also include fields calculated
from
data
in
the
tables.
For
example,
the
quantity
fields
(Order_detail
table) and
Price
fields
(inventory table) can be used to compute the Extended_Price.”
d.   Foreign Keys
“A
final
issue
to
consider
as
you develop
the
form
template
relates
to
foreign keys.”
e.   Queries
“In
Microsoft
access,
the
main
form and
subforms
are
each
designed
to
capture information in a table or query. If the main form consists of data
from two tables (Order and Customer), you should join the main form
table into a join query before building your form. Queries make it easter
to link related data.
