sell a product, service, or idea, including advertising, collateral
materials, publicity, promotions, direct mail, trade shows, and
special events.
Berdasarkan teori-teori dapat disimpulkan bahwa tugas dari public relation
umumnya menjaga hubungan baik yang mencakup internal dan external perusahaan
seperti hubungan dengan sesama karyawan, dengan para pemegang saham dan juga
dengan pemerintah.
