2.1.7.3 Five Measurable Human Factors
According to Shneiderman and Plaisant (2010:32), Five
Measurables Human Factors are also widely used in evaluating
interface. Those factors are:
a.
Time to learn
The amount of time users need to learn and
understand the functions and actions that can be
done in the software.
b.
Speed of performance
The speed that users needed to complete one task.
c.
Rate of errors by users
The number and what kinds of error users made
when doing the task.
d.
Retention over time 
The length of time users are able to keep their
knowledge in using the software.
e.
Subjective satisfaction
Rate of satisfaction users have towards aspects of
the interface design.

Unified Modeling Language(UML)
According to Whitten and Bentley (2007:371) Unified
Modelling Language (UML) is a widely-used notations for object
modelling in Object Oriented software development process. UML is
first introduced by Object Management Group (OMG) in 1997. UML
is the model of the software itself which will act as guidelines for
developer in creating the program.
