2.1 Theoretical Foundation
2.1.1 System Analysis
and Design
System Analysis and Design is come from two words, Analysis and design.
According to Satzinger, Jackson, Burd [Thomson Course Technology, 2004],
system
analysis
is
the
process
of
understanding
and
specifying
in
detail
what
the information system should do; system design is the process of specifying in
detail how many components of the information system should be physically
implemented.  Therefore,  System  Analysis  and  design  is  use  as  solving  a
business problem.
In order to analysis and understanding the system, there are some activities we
need to know¹:
Gather information.
Analyzing
a
system
involves
a
considerable
amount
of
information.
We get
information
from people who
will be
working
with
the system
