It includes

concerning:
• Syllabus of each subject;
• Annual and semester program of teaching and
learning activities;
• Lesson plans;
• Collections
of modules;
• Collections
of exercise questions for the students;
• Collections
of final semester examination
questions;
• List
of
students
achievements from
tests,
quizzes,
individual
and
group
projects, etc.

the
management
and
administration
offices,
there
are
also

jobs done which are mostly data and information.

concerns
the
management
of students
growth
outside
the
formal
syllabi;
personal
talents,
creativity,
and

skills.

under the Students Affairs are programs, implementation,
and control over:
• Students development
guidelines;
• Students database;
• Student admission administration;
