Use case diagram
is a diagram
to
show
the
various
user
roles and
how
those
roles
use
the system. In a use case diagram, the user becomes an actor, with a specific role that
describes how he/she interacts with the system. For explanation about the elements of a
use case diagram please see Figure 2.3.
Activity diagram
is simply a workflow diagram that describes the various user (or
system) activities, the person who does each activity, and the sequential flow of these
activities. Elements of activity diagram are presented in Figure 2.4.
Prototype
is an
initial, working
model of a
larger,
more
complex entity. Prototypes are
used to test
feasibility and to help
identify processing requirements [14].
