1.5 Scopes
The
Group
Field
Project
will
be
conducted by
modeling
the
business
process
in
Jakarta
branch
office,
which
is
the
biggest
branch
in
term
of
revenues and
employees, and more importantly offers the most complex business process.
The
research is
also
limited
for
business process
for
non-nomination
shipments.
By definition, a
nomination shipment
is a shipment to Indonesia that was
generated
by
Agility overseas
agent.
The
reason
for
such
exclusion
is
because
nomination shipment
has
an
uncommon business process and responsible
for only a
fraction of company’s cash flow.
