Pengertian Behavior
Menurut Whitten (2004, p432), “ Behavior is the set of things that an
object can do and that correspond to functions that act on the object’s data
(or attributes). In object - oriented circles, an object’s behavior is commonly
refered to as a method, operation, or service (we way use the terms
interchangeably throughout our discussion.)”
Menurut James
Rumbaugh (2000, p172), “Behavior
is
the
observable
effects of an operation or event, including its results.”
Berdasarkan pengertian di atas,
maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Behavior
adalah suatu
metode
yang dihasilkan dari perilaku obyek dengan
fungsi
yang
ada dalam suatu operasi.

Pengertian Event
Menurut Jones dan
Rama (2006, p18), Events are things that happen at
a point in time. Each transaction cycle involves more than one event. Three
examples
of
events
in
a transaction cycle
are:
a
customer
places
an
order,
good are shipped, and a sales report is printed.”
Menurut
Whitten
(2004,
349), “An
event
is
a
logical
unit
of
work
that
must be completed as a whole. An event is triggered by a discrete input and
is
completed
when
the
process
has responded
with
appropriate
outputs.
Events are sometimes called transactions. Functions consist of processes that
respond to events.”
Menurut
Jones
&
Rama
(2006,
p21),
ada
beberapa
cara
dalam
mengidentifikasi event, yaitu:
1.   “Recognize
the
first
event
in
a
process
when
a
process
a
person
or
department within an organization becomes for an activity.
