2.2 Specific Theories
Specific theories consists of theories specifically used to develop this
android application.
2.2.1
Eclipse
According to Rouse (2011), Eclipse is a Java-based open source
platform that allows a software developer to create a customized
development environment (IDE) from plug-in components built by
Eclipse members. It supports many types of programming
languagesuch as C, C ++, PHP, and Python. Eclipse consists of two
parts:
a.
Integrated Development Environment (IDE), which is the
interface provided to develop softwares.
b.
Extensible plug-in, which contains development toolkits, and
can be extended for more functions.

Android
According to Nimodia, Deshmukh (2012:1), Android is an open
source software compilation for mobile devices, which includes an
operating system, middleware and key applications and is based on
the Linux operating system. According to Burnette (2010:17),
Android is the combination of cellphones widespread presence, open
source software, and corporate backing from many corporate giants.
The result is a powerful mobile platform that is very important to be
learnt. 
According to Burnette (2010:30), Android architecture is the
key layers and components that make up the Android open source
software stack. Each layer uses the services provided by the layers
below it.
