One of the mostly used set of tools
is crop area, erase,
hand, and zoom tools. Not
only
the
mostly
used,
this
set
of
tools
is
also
one
most
useful ones
since it
aids the
designer
to
look
into
the
most
difficult
part
to
see
of
the
designed
images.
There
are
more tools that aid designers to express the ideas to the screen.
In
Illustrator, not
only
drawing
tools
are
provided,
but
coloring
tools
are
also
provided. Using
them,
we
can
determine
which
color
is
more
dominant
than
the
other.
Even
thickness,
transparency and color of strokes are editable.
Adobe
Illustrator provides efficient ways
to
edit objects.
By
placing and dividing objects or
part of
objects
into different layers,
editing
is
much
easier.
Mistakes like
editing
the
wrong
part of
the
objects can be reduced.
Not
only
simple
editing,
Adobe
Illustrator also
provides
different
type of special
effects
which
can be applied
into our
objects.
Special
effects
such
as
blurs,
sketches, pixelates, distorts,
etc. can be easily used to aid designers to express their ideas.

By using this application, characters, backgrounds and effects
for the educational
game in this thesis is designed, and imported by Adobe Flash CS3 into
its library
for the
animation.
