The SDLC

2.2.2.1 Systems Planning
Project planning phase is the initial phase of SDLC, whose objective is
to identify the scope of the new system, ensure that the project is
feasible, and develop a schedule, resource plan, and budget for the
remainder of the project. There will be five activities in the project
planning phase:
Define the problem
Produce the project schedule
Confirm project feasibility
Staff the project
Launch the project
First is to define specifically the business problem and the scope of
the
required solution. In this phase, we will know all of the processes or
functions that will be included within the system. It is also important to
identify
the
major
uses
of
the
new
system
and
the
business
problems
that
the
new
system
must deal with. Secondly, produce the project
schedule
is
the
most
important
in
the
planning
because
project
schedule
is
main part
in doing business.
