The
relationships
between
communication,
trust
and
commitment
has
yielded mixed results. Although exploratory, the results of this study clearly
indicate
that
while
a
close
link
exists
between all
of the three variables,
the
relationship between communication and trust is by far the strongest, followed by
that between trust and commitment. These findings lend support to the strong
logical
assumption
that trust
is at
the
centre of this
triadic
relationship,
while
commitment is the end product of such relationship
Pernyataan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukan
bahwa ada hubungan yang erat antara variable komunikasi, kepercayaan, dan
komitmen.
Hubungan
