A Business Process describes how something is done in an
organization.
However,
in
general
terms
business
and
process
is
described as below:
“Business is an organizational entity that deploys resources to provide
customers with desired products and services³”
Process definition based on Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary
is:
1. A
natural
phenomenon
marked
by
gradual
changes
that
lead to a particular result.
2. A natural continuing activity or function
3. A series of actions and operations conducing to an end.
Moreover, other source said that a business process is a collection
of
activities
designed
to
produce
a
specific
output
for
a
particular
customer or market. It implies a strong emphasis on how the work is done
within and organization, in contrast to a product's focus on what (
