2.2.1.2.1 The Process View
In
the
process
view,
any
organization
entity
or
business
can
be
characterized
as
a
process
or
a
network
of
processes
based on
the simple transformation model of a process (Manuel,
L & Marklund, J 2005).

it
has
its
origin
in
the
areas
of
manufacturing and quality. Additionally, there is a relationship
between environment, information system and management
system as shown
in Figure 2.2 below. It is an example of
sharing model of business process in Figure 2.2, a model of the
