Network
Layer
is
a
layer
that
translates
logical
network
addresses
to
physical
network
addresses
and
also
is
responsible
for
managing
and
addressing some
network issues such as data congestion, routing, and packet switching.
Data
Link
Layer
is 
place
where
packet
conversion
is 
taken
place,
where
packets are converted to raw bits
in sending point, and raw bits turn to packets
in
receiving point.
This
layer also handles data
frames between the
network and
the
physical address or device.
Physical
Layer
is
the
lowest
level
of
the
layer,
where
it
transmits
the
raw
bit
stream over the physical cables or airwaves. It mainly the
network interface cards
on  the  computer,
cables  that  connect
it  to  the  network,
and  other  physical
features.
