2.1.8.1 Fixed-format Questionnaires

questionnaires
contain
questions
that
require
selection of predefined responses
from
individuals.
There are 3 types of fixed- format questionnaires:
1. Multiple-choice questionnaires, the respondents are given several questions. They
should have been told if several answers could be selected. The example of
multiple-choice questionnaires
is:
Do you think this program useful?
a. Yes
b. No
2. Rating
questionnaires,
the
respondents
are
given
a
statement
and
asked
to
use
rating techniques about the questions. The following is an example of rating
questionnaires:
This system could
improve the company performances
a. Strongly agree
b. Agree
c. No opinion
d. Disagree
