1.
Preliminary investigation phase is done at this step where all projects should be
determined, scoped, and planned as completely as possible.
2.
The
requirements
analysis,
problem
analysis,
and
decision
analysis phases
are
grouped into a single accelerated analysis phase.
3. The
RAD
approach
loops
phases
3-6
(phases
design
analysis)
until
the
prototype is considered as a candidate of the system implementation.
4. Each prototype
is
given to the
users as an opportunity for them to experience the
system. The expectation is that the user can
identify the new requirements, clarify
the requirements, and give feedback about the system such as what went wrong in
the
system,
ease
of
use,
etc
for
the
next
iteration
through
the
design-by-
prototyping
loop.
5.
Analysis is revisited based on user feedback to the prototype. This analysis
focuses on revising the previous requirements that was given from user during
prototyping loops and identifying user concern into the design phases (phase 3).
6. A prototype
will
be considered as a candidate
to be put
into the
implementation
until it meets slightly with user requirements.
